Envision Homes was co-founded in 1995 by Bob and Corinne Kody. Bob and Corinne each bring unique skills, talents and abilities that ideally complement each other. Corinne serves as Marketing Director and Land Specialist working closely with our clients who need help finding a suitable building lot. While Bob does all of the design and personally manages the construction of each home. Bob has an Engineering Degree, with a minor in Architecture and holds a Construction Supervisors License in Massachusetts.

We are very proud of the fact that we have never built the same house twice; each home is uniquely customized to each client's individual taste, needs and lifestyle. We offer flexible designs (any size/style) and affordable prices to meet your budget. Our homes are not "cookie-cutter type" one size fits all. The finishes, features, and floor plans are not duplicates of every other home on the block.
